We’ve executed thousands of searches, US and foreign applications and office action responses and have substantial experience handling trademark clearance, registration and enforcement worldwide.

The Trademark group offers exceptional strength in international trademark law, working with a close network of foreign associates on foreign filings in more than 120 countries. Our expertise in directing European Community (CTM/OHIM) and Madrid Protocol (WIPO) filings is extensive.
